Apprenticeship programme

Under Switzerland’s dual-track apprenticeship system, young people combine on-the-job training in a host company, with lessons at a vocational school and get a federal certification after 2, 3 or 4 years This certification allows you to access the labour market with a concrete “savoir-faire”. To increase the number of apprentices across the country and secure a strong and competent manufacturing workforce, a dedicated function in Richemont Switzerland has been created to accompany the Maisons in leveraging this Swiss specific education path.

Richemont Mustaqbalkom trainee programme

This trainee programme is specifically designed for university graduates with 0-2 years of experience. Every year, a new cohort of graduates has the opportunity to join this immersive journey with its unique blend of mentorship, hands-on experience, and gain exclusive access to experts from Richemont and its Maisons. This programme will also give you the unique chance to rotate and explore various roles across our Maisons and functions.

Richemont summer internship programme - region americas

This bespoke 10-week summer internship programme is designed for the next generation of talent. Experience the world of luxury through our evolutionary programme by volunteering with our partner - Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, complete your Social Leadership credential, and create a learning roadmap where you will immerse yourself in real-world business situations, shadow experts, and work with inspiring mentors.
