Richemont is pleased to announce the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013. The report may be downloaded from the Richemont website.
Regarding the year under review, the annual report reflects the information contained in the Richemont results announcement, which was issued on 16 May 2013, as well as the audited Group and Company financial statements which were posted on the Group’s website the same day.
The report will be mailed to all holders of Richemont shares and South African depositary receipts and to other parties who have requested them on 19 June 2013. Only the printed report is definitive. The report may be obtained from the Company’s registered office at the address below or by contacting the Company via the website.
