Sophie Guieysse

French, born 1963

Ms Sophie Guieysse was the Group Human Resources Director and was a member of the Senior Executive Committee from 2017 to 2021 and to the Board from 2018 to 2020.

Ms Guieysse is a graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique, the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs. Ms Guieysse began her career holding operational functions at a number of French Ministries. From 1997 until 2005, she held various human resources roles at LVMH. Her ultimate role there was as Director of Human Resources of the LVMH group.

In 2005, Ms Guieysse joined Canal+ group where she spent ten years as Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Committee. Since 2016, Ms Guieysse had been advising Dior on the future of luxury in a connected world.

Ms Guieysse serves on the Board of Directors of Maisons du Monde and is Chairman of its Nominations & Compensation Committee. In addition, Ms Guieysse is a member of the Remuneration Committee of Paris 2024 Olympic Games Organising Committee and of the 2023 Rugby World Cup Organising Committee.
