Frank Vivier

South African/Swiss, born 1957

Mr Frank Vivier is Richemont’s current Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and was a member of the Senior Executive Committee from 2017 to 2022.

Mr Vivier has over 25 years of experience in E-Commerce businesses, venture capital, corporate strategy and business re-engineering. He is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch (B.Mil), the University of Natal (BA Hons. Strategic Studies), and Unisa (MBL).

Mr Vivier currently serves as Richemont’s representative on various joint venture boards, such as Montblanc India JV with Titan, part of the Tata group (chairman), Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewellery (Chairman), and Meridian Audio non-executive director (part of Reinet, previously Richemont).

Since 2003, Mr Vivier was the Group Director for eBusiness at Richemont. During that period, he was also the Chief Executive Officer of Columbus Venture Capital at Richemont until 2008.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr Vivier worked in South Africa and in Europe as a consultant, specialising in corporate strategy and business process re-engineering for international corporations.

He is also the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of several start-up companies, including CommsCo International and Destiny E-Commerce.
